The Cleveland-born Mason is boxing's youngest male world champion, having won the WBO lightweight world title in November 2025 with a unanimous decision victory over Sam Noakes. He also became Cleveland's first world champion in more than a decade.
In 2024, he KO'd all five of his foes in four rounds or less. He made his main event debut in June 2025 in Norfolk, Virginia, turning away Namibian puncher Jeremia Nakathila in five rounds.
